Greek Frappuccino
Finally the end of my semester at university is over which means two things: I now have some time off and Paris is getting close! Almost everyone in my course is going out tonight to celebrate that the exams are over, but do you know what I wanted to do instead?
I wanted to go home, change into my pyjamas and read books and watch movies, because I haven't been able to do that for like a year without feeling guilty! So today after my exam I went home, made a Greek frapuccino and read a book in my pyjamas. I'm currently reading the book "Last chance saloon" by my favourite author Marian Keyes, I really recommed her books, she is so funny and whitty in her writing, I think I have bought almost all of her books, you should definately give one of her books a try if you love reading like me :)
This Greek Frapuccino I made takes like two minutes to make and contains
- Espresso (or you can do it with very strong coffee, but espresso tastes better according to me)
- Ice cubes
- Sugar
- Milk
To get a "cream top", I blended some of the coffee with ice cubes and sugar until I got a solid liquid, and then poured the rest of the coffee into the glass and added milk and some more ice cubes!

Men mums så gott det där ser ut :) Härligt med lite ledig tid :)
